Our Vision

The most effective way to reach people for the gospel and make disciples of all nations is by planting new churches. Exodus Church believes and seeks to live into this reality. We also recognize that there are a large number of existing churches that need faithful pastors to serve and lead them. We believe Exodus has a part to play in this.

GOD

God has always existed in perfection and glory as one God in three persons (the Trinity—Father, Son and Spirit). He has no needs or imperfections. God created and sustains all things by the word of His power. He is a good God who works all things together according to the counsel of His will for our good and His glory.

Rooted in Gospel Culture

We want pastors who not only have gospel doctrine and drive, but who have experienced a gospel culture. We believe that the Jesus we demonstrate is as important as the Jesus we declare. These pastors and planters will experience a gospel culture at Exodus.

Watered by Gospel Doctrine

We want pastors and planters who are steadfast and immovable. Our only hope for that is the gospel of Jesus Christ that saves and sustains all who hope in Him. These pastors and planters will be grounded in the gospel message.

Nurtured in Gospel Ministry

We want pastors and planters who do more than endure. We want to train and develop men who will enjoy the ministry and engage the people God has entrusted to them. These pastors and planters will be invested in gospel ministry.

Planted with Gospel Generosity

We want pastors and planters to be launched with generous hearts and funds to support the work to which they are called. Not only will we be generous with these planters during their time with us, but also after they are sent out.

Announcement - 9/12/21

We announced The Orchard Initiative to our people and our plans to purchase the houses on 108 and 110 Orchard street.



Member Vote - 9/28/21

The members of Exodus Church voted to approve the purchase of the homes, 108 and 110, on Orchard Street and move forward with The Orchard Initiative.



Vote Announcement - 10/3/21

We announced to our congregation that the vote was unanimous in favor of moving forward with The Orchard Initiative, beginning with purchasing the two homes.



Purchase of House #1 - 11/17/21

We purchased the first house, 108 Orchard St., on November 17!



Campaign Announcement - 1/23/22

We announced our capital campaign for The Orchard Initiative, to raise $300,000 between now and June 1.



Pledge Sunday - 1/30/22

Our people will pledge either with a one-time gift or by multiple gifts to raise the $300,000 for this campaign.



Celebration Sunday - 2/6/22

We will celebrate all God has done through the generosity of our people!
